Who we are

What we collect, and how
- The enquiry form. The form is not sent to our servers. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp (or your email app, if you choose email) with your enquiry written out. Nothing reaches us until you press send there. Once you do, we receive what you wrote, such as your name, business, the services you are interested in, budget, timeline, email address and message, along with your WhatsApp number or email address.
- WhatsApp, calls and email. When you contact us directly, we receive the information you share and your phone number or email address.
- Hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Your browser. The site saves one small setting in your browser for the current visit only, so the opening animation plays once rather than every time you return to the homepage. It never leaves your browser and is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the work you ask for, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Other services involved
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider processes technical information as described above. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Records of client projects and payments are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us. To do any of these, write to aipandigitals@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If the way this site handles information changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
